Mikala Lund

Rural Engagement Coordinator – Ballarat & Kyneton

Mikala grew up in and currently lives in Ballarat.  

Mikala started working at Youthrive in 2026 and currently is a Rural Engagement Coordinator for Ballarat and Kyneton.  

She loves working for Youthrive because of the important and impactful work she does that aligns with her values. Youthrive feels like a family, and she is excited to go to work every day and is constantly learning and growing.
