We are thrilled to announce that after consultations with the Youthrive Victoria Alumni Committee, our dedicated staff team, and Directors, the Board has adopted an updated Strategic Plan, Business Plan, and Communications Plan for 2024-2026.

Our new strategic direction includes refreshed strategies, along with a reaffirmation and consolidation of our core values. This comprehensive plan sets a clear path for our future, aiming to enhance our impact and further support the development of young rural Victorians.

Our purpose statement has been reviewed and our direction remains clearly focussed on supporting rural communities:

To build capacity within rural communities by further developing the skills and capabilities of young rural people, enabling them to make a significant contribution.
