Alumni Round Up

In November we elected a new Youthrive Victoria Alumni Committee and welcome the following members to our leadership: Caitlin Allman (President), Jorgie Thompson, Caroline Sutton and Julia Clugston. Many thanks also to outgoing Committee Members Rebecca Postelthwaite, Chris Dempsey, Sam McColl, Jessie Newton, Maddy Merzvinskis, Sophie Fontaine. who have done an outstanding job developing a strong and supportive Alumni group.

The Alumni Committee worked with the Youthrive Victoria staff to develop a survey to go out to all 350+ people in our Facebook Alumni Group. This will be distributed in January and we hope many Alumni will take the opportunity to update their details and potentially connect back in with us in different ways. We are expanding the mentoring program in 2020 so all graduates are encouraged to volunteer to be mentors.

A fabulous time was had at our recent Alumni Ball in Creswick, with over 70 Alumni attending. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet up with old friends, meet new people, and to celebrate a hard-working and inspiring year of Alumni activities.
