Youthrive Victoria’s round of scholarships is now open to rural and regional Victorian students planning to undertake further study in 2025.

Each year we provide scholarships to Year 12 students planning to commence university studies or further vocational training. Thanks to funding generously provided by philanthropic donors, we are looking to award at least ten university scholarships ($10,000 per year for three years) and twenty vocational scholarships (up to $5000) to young rural Victorians in 2025.

We are confident our scholarships and programs are helping to create positive outcomes for students from rural Victoria and we are anticipating many applications for both our university and vocational scholarships this year.

The scholarships provide financial support to assist with living expenses and travel costs, specifically addressing the needs of students from rural areas who so often must relocate to pursue further education. Youthrive Victoria also offers ‘Wrap Around Care’, which includes mentoring, capacity building and development opportunities, to provide scholarship recipients with the extra support needed to increase the likelihood of successful study outcomes.
