What are you goals for the week?
I will reply to at least 50% of my work emails
Today I hope to achieve balance – I want to be productive and get things done but also be aware that’s it’s a day off so it’s important to take a break.
This week I hope to be consistently active by going walking once a day (for at least 1/2 an hour) and completing a dance class on Friday
By the end of this week I want to have ridden my bike for at least half an hour each day.
My goals for the week are:
– To get outside a little more (obviously maintaining 1.5m distance) and ride my bike more often
– Listen to more podcasts and read some books rather than watching TV
– Maintain good mental wellbeing and stay social

This week I want to make the most of being back home, in a few different ways:
– Taking advantage of being on a big property and surrounded by nature (getting outside more)
– Connecting and spending time with family
– Trying to be more productive and making more time for uni work while I don’t have as many responsibilities as I do when living independently

My goals are to:
– Ride every morning
– Think of something I am grateful for each day
– Reflect on one thing I have learnt each day
My goals are to complete at least 50% of my major assignments by Friday and be more active, getting outside for at least 30 mins twice this week as well as write a yay list every night (gratitude).
I’ve never heard of a “yay list” before but I love that!
My goal is to run around Lake Wendouree four times this week!
This week I want to focus on prioritising the jobs I need to do. Specifically, I want to make a start on that job that I’ve been putting off. I’d also like to try and go for a bike ride before the end of the week!

This week I am preparing for semester 2! I will go through all of my unit guides and write in calendar due dates of assignments. I will also clean my room and desk and get all of my books organised for the semester (yay contacting books).
Reflect on your goal(s). How did you go in achieving your goals for the week?
I struggled to ride my bike everyday, but instead I made sure I went for a run or did a home workout. So I am still happy with my progress.
What did you learn this week?

I really loved these fun facts! So interesting to see everyones diverse interests!
Selfcare. After a few days of feeling in a bit of a quarantine rut, I spent today trying to find myself again by tuning into my emotions and reflecting on those, which helped greatly I think.
This week I want to:
– Be focused and methodical in what I need to get done and how I’m spending my time
– Eat more fruit!!
