Redefining Rural Possibilities

Welcome to Youthrive Victoria (formerly Macpherson Smith Rural Foundation). Youthrive Victoria provides opportunities for young rural Victorians to build knowledge, skills, leadership capacity and aspirations. We provide scholarships; leadership development opportunities; transition, career and community mentoring; aspiration building workshops; virtual connections and wrap around care for young people.

Our services span three key streams of Scholarships, Program delivery and our Alumni network. Program delivery includes the Rural Youth Network, Dream Seeds transition programs, Branch Out Mentoring and leadership development programs and events.

Rural Youth Network

Over $2.75 million in scholarships awarded.

Over 2000 Year 6 students have participated in Dream Seeds® workshops; 

Over 372 young people have been mentored.
